Refund Policy

Transparency is the foundation of trust. Our refund policy is designed to be as clear and fair as the protection we provide.

1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)

Under statutory regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day you receive your policy documentation or the start date of your policy, whichever is later.

If you cancel within this period, we will provide a full refund of any premiums paid, provided no claims have been made and no incidents likely to result in a claim have occurred.

2. Cancellations After 14 Days

If you decide to cancel your policy after the initial 14-day cooling-off period, the following conditions apply:

  • /We will calculate the premium for the period you were covered on a pro-rata basis.
  • /A standard cancellation fee of $50 may apply to cover administrative costs.
  • /No refund will be issued if a claim has been made during the current period of insurance.

3. Refund Processing

Once your cancellation request is approved, we aim to process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Note for Credit Card Users

Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

4. Exceptions and Specific Products

Specific insurance products may have varying refund terms due to their nature (e.g., Short-term Travel Insurance). Please refer to your Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for item-specific details.
